Dalgona Coffee Instructions (Whipped Coffee)
Ingredients to Mix:
Instant coffee
Sugar
Hot water
Whip It:
Use a hand mixer on high speed for 5–8 minutes until stiff peaks form.
If whisking by hand, expect to whisk vigorously for about 10 minutes.
Serve:
Fill your favorite cup with hot milk or milk over ice.
Dollop the whipped coffee on top.
