2tablespoonscoconut yogurt
¾cupalmond milkor other non-dairy milk
½frozen avocado
½frozen banana
¼cupfrozen pineapple
2teaspoonsalmond butter
1teaspoonvanilla
1teaspoonblue majik spirulina plus extra
1teaspoonmaple syrup to taste
Instructions
Using a spoon, paint some yogurt (you’ll use the rest for topping) on the interior wall of a large glass to make clouds. Sprinkle with a few pinches of blue majik and set aside.
2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
Add the milk, avocado, banana, pineapple, almond butter, vanilla, 1 teaspoon blue majik, and maple syrup to a blender. Mix on high speed until very smooth.
¾ cup almond milk,½ frozen avocado,½ frozen banana,¼ cup frozen pineapple,2 teaspoons almond butter,1 teaspoon vanilla,1 teaspoon blue majik spirulina,1 teaspoon maple syrup
Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass, then top with the remaining coconut yogurt and another sprinkle of spirulina. Serve immediately.
