  • 8 oz filtered water (170–180°F)

  • Optional: lemon slice, mint, or honey

Instructions

  1. Heat water to 175°F

  2. Steep tea for 2 minutes, covered

  3. Cool to room temp

  4. Pour over ice

  5. Garnish with lemon or mint
